  • Michael Moughan is the managing partner of Devon Lane - Barristers & Solicitors, a Devonport-based commercial law firm specialising in negotiation and dispute resolution. • A Devonport resident for the past 32 years, Philip founded Axiome as a chartered accounting and investment advisory firm two decades ago. Philip provides clients with business advisory services encompassing broad finance expertise and in-depth knowledge of trusts and taxation, together with evidence-based investment strategies – an integrated service not often found under one roof. The Axiome client base has grown and team numbers have increased, culminating in a recent move to a new office on Victoria Rd in the heart of Devonport village.

A love of boating, skiing and a habit of ‘over-renovating’ houses has absorbed Philip’s leisure time in recent years. Having three adult children family time remains a top priority, with active involvement in the lives of his grandchildren.

  • Harriet (along with husband Ian) opened Vic Road Kitchen in 2018 after a trip around America inspired them to open a restaurant focusing on local producers and seasonal ingredients. Harriet grew up in Devonport and Ian fell in love with Devonport’s character and the feel of the old buildings. They have since opened Fish Kitchen (2019) and Vic Road Wine Bar and Cellar (2021) to compliment the offering to locals and tourists alike. They live in Narrow Neck in a chaotic household with 2 young children (Sophia and Jack), 3 dogs and a cat.
