Devonport Survey Prize Draw – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is the Devonport Business Association (DBA).

2. How to Enter

To enter the prize draw, participants must:

  • Complete the “What do you love about Devonport?” survey, and

  • Provide their name, a valid email address, and phone number at the end of the form.

Only one entry per person is permitted.

3. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a $100 voucher to spend at a Devonport business of their choice (subject to the business’s agreement and availability).
The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

4. Eligibility

The prize draw is open to New Zealand residents of all ages.
Employees, contractors, or board members of the Devonport Business Association (and their immediate families) are not eligible to enter.

5. Promotion Period

The prize draw opens on 24 July 2025 and closes at 11:59pm on 15 August 2025.
The winner will be drawn on or after 18 August 2025. Entries received after the closing date will not be eligible.

6. Winner Selection

The winner will be drawn at random from eligible entries and notified by email and/or phone within 7 days of the draw.
If the winner does not respond within 7 days of being contacted, the Devonport Business Association reserves the right to draw a new winner.

7. Use of Entries

Survey answers may be used anonymously in promotional material, marketing, or campaign content created by the Devonport Business Association. Personal names and contact details will not be published or shared publicly without permission.

8. Privacy

Contact details will only be used for the purposes of administering the prize draw and (if applicable) contacting the winner.
Entrants will not be added to mailing lists unless they opt in.

9. General

The Devonport Business Association reserves the right to amend or cancel the promotion at any time.
